Network Marketing – Why Quick Money Will Never Work

One of the fastest ways to fail in a network marketing business is to earn
money quickly. Lets approach this logically.

The key is all about building a slow, long term business and this cannot be
accomplished when you get into network marketing with a get rich quick
frame of mind.

Consider this if you are approaching network marketing with the same
get rich quick mindset….

You can work your fingers to the bone to make money quickly, burning
yourself out in the process, or you can work slow and steady towards
a stabilized and sound financial future. One that will keep providing for
you long after you have left network marketing behind.

Perhaps the choice appears easy to you, but greed has a way of blinding
those who allow it to engulf them.

If you want to build a network marketing business, here are a few
reasons why earning money quickly will slow you down:

The object of the network marketing business is to increase your income
with the assistance of many team members over an extended period of
time. You can attempt to do it all alone, short term success, or with
the help of many, long term success.

Being really successful in network marketing begins with good “training”.
True, marketing is sales, but the top salesman does not always come out
on top. The one who never stops training normally wins the day. Network
marketing is duplication. Having the ability to pass down to others what
you have been taught, is the key to long term success. Is it not better to
train two to sell well and to train them to teach others as well. You make
money on the domino effect.

Network marketing strives on teamwork. Most network marketing companies
offer a huge commission to the best network team. It is not based on the leaders
individual sales but rather on the sales of his team. Many network marketing
compensation plans only payout when the entire team has reached its goals. A
good leader cannot afford to be selfish. The leader knows that true success
is measured by your ability to help others succeed before you do.

Frontloading is tempting. Entry level positions in network marketing companies
is the best place to start until you feel comfortable. Training is essential. Even
though you may increase your commissions by getting your downlines to frontload,
if they are not prepared, they will drop from your network and you will have no one
left to lead. Take care of your downlines and in the end they will take care of you.
Nurture them. Fill their hunger with training and knowledge. Take it slow and
steady on your road to success.

Be prepared to commit to 5 – 10 years in network marketing. You cannot allow
a get rich quick attitude to destroy your network and cloud your reputation as
well.

Summary

The greed by speed mindset is harmful to the average marketing rep. There is no
“I” in team. Build your team and build your future as well.
