Google Israel director: Hiring Arabs and haredim is hard

“For all the motivation to recruit haredim and Arabs, it is quite hard, since of wide tradition gaps,” Google Israel director Einat Nemesh explained to “Globes” podcast and movie editor Hila Weissberg at the “50 Most Influential Females” conference.

Nemesh, who by advantage of her position is accountable for variety at Google Israel, mentioned that a great offer of action had been taken in this area, but that there was a gap in between what was preferred and the scenario on the ground. “I was really enthusiastic about the function when I took it up, but in apply we have moved the needle by almost nothing and a fifty percent. Even with the layoffs, we’re looking at firms slicing the fat and streamlining. Google is there, but it isn’t laying people off, but alternatively adapting by itself.
